Element 20 2018, Litmus SparklingThe 2018 Element 20 is made solely from Chardonnay fermented, and aged in 2 to 5 year old French oak barriques for 12 months and left on full lees prior to bottling in September 2019. Complex, mature Chardy on display with plenty of toasty, creamy nuttiness from that whack of oak lots going on and totally unique in the English wine scene.
