Henri Boillot, Bourgogne Blanc Brut Zero with plenty of classic Alban(85% from Meursault and Puligny Bourgogne vines and the rest from declassified St. Romain and AuxeyDuresses in equal proportions). There is a whiff of matchstick character to the pear, apple and citrus scents. The racy, intense and well detailed middle weight flavors conclude in a youthfully austere, dry and long finish that offers notably better depth than one typically finds in the genre. 88 2021+
