The natural ripeness of the year amps up the Chardonnay flavors

cool and gorgeously complex nose reflects notes of both red and dark currant

The medium-bodied palate is like a tightly coiled spring

38% Merlot and 3% Petit Verdot

Barolo Tre Tine shows silky but firm tannins and balanced acidity

grainy backbone of very ripe tannins and tons of vivacity

mainly thanks to the larger contribution of Sémillon at one-third of the blend

interspersed with the elegant

A really lovely expression of quite intense fruit - a little too intense to be truly elegant perhaps

floral and racy

but over the last few years

though it gains in volume and solidity on the palate
